I am extremely disappointed with the care my grandfather is receiving at this nursing home/rehabilitation facility. It took multiple requests before he was finally given a bath. The food served to him was completely unacceptable—it looked unappetizing and poorly prepared, to the point of being inedible. Despite repeatedly informing staff that he is not on a special diet, meals continued to be incorrect. He is at this facility specifically for rehabilitation, yet there were multiple occasions where he was not picked up for scheduled therapy sessions. This defeats the entire purpose of his stay. The most concerning issue occurred overnight. My grandfather used his call button for assistance, and the night staff did not respond. As a result, he was forced to use the bathroom on himself in

Had a knee injury in March of 2025. Went to see Lombardo and he told me everything was fine and go back to work. I could barely walk and he tells me that. I had to wait 6 months to see another doctor who told my knee was screwed and should've been dealt with and not ignored. Fast forward almost a year and I had surgery to repair my patella tendon. My doctor had to remove some of the tendon and attach both sides to an anchor...lombardo maybe good for hips but for knees I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. An associate of mine hurt his knee and lombardo said the same thing and now he's in need of 2 surgeries and months of recovery. I'd give it a negative star if it were possible.

This facility took my dad after brain surgery for rehabilitation. This included physical such as walking and showering to occupational for fine motor skills and to speach and cognitive therapies. There staff from the janitorial, nurses, cna, therapists, and front door attendants were all patient and informative questions or concerns were answered and addressed quickly. I would whole heartedly recommend a stay for a loved one.

My mom had been there for over a week now and she has had the best experience one could possibly have in a time like this. The staff have been very friendly, compassionate and respectful... I would recommend this rehab for your loved one 100 times over.

Where the heck did the 5 star ratings come from? They obviously were blinded to what was really happening. No exaggeration... I have literally waited 2.5 hours for a nurse after I hit the call light that I had to find myself. Waited another hour for the nurse for nothing. Oh, this has happened a few more times, although not as long as a wait, maybe half an hour to an hour. I was vomiting sick, for 6 days. I see a pattern tho. And I'm not calling anyone out. I'll just say that a nurse or nursing assistant (or two) has come in to turn the call light off, ask what I want and disappear. Some of the staff is friendly. BTW, I was there for physical therapy. Ha. EDIT: I called both the nursing supervisor and admissions while I was a patient there and never got a call back from either one. I guess
