Failed to diagnose impacted bowel and refused to issue orders for X-ray just because I didn't want to go into office for a third visit. since they were not at least trying to find out what was wrong just because some labs were "normal" and almost went to urgent care. Loss of 10 pounds in 3 weeks and the attitude was "oh well". Will not return.

We were nervous changing pediatricians, we had been with Texas children’s for 5 years but we moved and wanted to find one closer to our house. Our kids were due for their well check ups and needed a few vaccinations. The nurses were wonderful and made us feel at ease :) I loved that we didn’t have to wait long at all either, we were pretty much in and out. Great first experience!

My kids have been going here for the past two years. We love Dr. Heather. My kids are always catching something and Dr. Heather is the best, she is always in a good mood and manages to bring a sense of calmness to tough situations. The staff up front are the sweetest, too! I can't tell you how many times I have called in a panic needing a same day appointment and they always fit me in. Everyone cares so much, you can't help but feel like family :)

UPDATED: Our children have been going to this provider for 7 years. One child complained could not hear from one ear. On a well child visit I addressed this with Dr. Murray Fershtman who looked in the ear several times and said, "Give some nasal spray and Sudafed, if in a month it doesn't help take to ENT." I asked multiple times in the visit if they could just do a hearing test in office, as they do have the equipment to do so. I was told, "There is no need." I was charged a full co-pay for a well child visit and sent on our way. I took my child to Audiology the following week and was diagnosed with 90% profound hearing loss in that ear. Turns out my child had a cyst growing behind the ear drum that could have ended with meningitis and or death. I am grateful I listened to my gut and not

I'm changing my review because my kids have been going here since we moved here 2018. My kids are both autistic and Dr. Fershtman has been a huge help in changing our lives for the better. Without him my youngest son most likely still wouldn't be talking. I used to think he was rude but he is just very straightforward. Also the nurse practitioner Heather is amazing as well when my kids are sick. All of the staff in the front office knows who I am and knows my boys and if something comes up they usually fit me in the same day I call if they need to be seen. We don't usually stay in the waiting room very long. We appreciate everything they do for us.
