Burlington is a suburb. Why am I being forced to pay for parking for a hospital in the suburb? If you come regularly for allergy shots, they ask you to stay 30 minutes which guarantees that you will be paying for parking every time. It’s a scam.

I received terrible service here 10 years ago. They run it like a mill. I was getting allergy shots and even though my arm swelled up quite large, they kept increasing my dose. Much later in life I found from another immunologist that you have to cut way back until the reaction is not quite so strong. To this day I still have a bad allergy. Dozens of patients come in, get their shots, and go after 30 minutes. The annual doctor's appt didn't raise any flags about my extreme reactions. I guess Lahey would be fine if you have run of the mill allergies that aren't too severe.

Every time I call, the staff is super rude. I have to agree with the woman below me. They are fantastic whenever I go there for appointments with Dr. Saryian. He's amazing! However, they have had to make my allergy injections over again because nobody ever communicated with me the times for Burlington when I called for them, I was told I would get a call back and the woman who called me back left a VM for Peabody times... I work until 4:30pm so can't really keep playing phone tag. I get that this is health care but if i'm taking the time to call you back, at least show an effort for kindness on the phone. I'm human! It happens. You are literally scaring patients away with the attitude guys! It's just not worth it! I can do without the emphasis on "we will make your allergy shots AGAIN". I

Doctors are perfectly pleasant, but costs associated are basically scam artist level. Always request an estimate for the services BEFORE you go to your appt. You’ll see that the visits are basically $2000 a visit between “physician services” and “hospital services”

I found my experience with the allergy department to be excellent!! Dr. Dutta truly cares about her patients. I think I am a uniquely different as I don’t respond to the testing as having allergies. Nonetheless, the department as a whole, responded to me with kindness. I would recommend Dr. Dutta to everyone.
