Dr. Morris. Needs to learn how to speak to his patients. Its not a good idea to treat them like they are dumb. Treated and spoke to my wife like she was dumb. Which I’m to happy about. I see why this is hospital has a 3.3 star rating. If you can go to raceland we go there. This er needs work on how to treat people with kindness. They are not there for you to treat like crap.

If I could do less than one I would. Night group is extremely slow, they do not communicate, the doctor is nowhere to be found and I waited 4+ hours to say there is nothing wrong. Biggest waste of my time and money

Be very mindful. They will talk your business to other ppl. They don't practice hippa to well. Needed stitches and didn't even give them to me... sorry excuse of a hospital

Despite what people may think, the staff and doctors at Lady by the Sea went above and beyond when I visited the emergency room. They are the most polite and professional group I have ever encountered. All procedures and test were explained so that I could understand them. I wish all hospitals were as patient friendly as they were.

It is what it is, and it is a small rural hospital with limited capabilities and resources. If you go here expecting world-class treatment options, you'll be sorely disappointed, because they just don't have access to them. However, what they can do, they do well, and the staff I've dealt with is always professional and polite. And if you're having a medical emergency in the area, you'll be glad it's there, because it's a pretty long way to the next closest hospital.
