Ladner and Jain Orthodontics, LLP

I’m not sure why some people dislike this place. I’ve had amazing experiences with all the employees and the orthodontist. They show me progresses between how I’m doing with my teeth at every appointment. They also tell me in detail about what I will need for my treatment so that way I know what I will expect for each visit/appointment. 5/5 absolutely love this place!

Very professional and sweet people! The receptionist was sweet and attentive. The orthodontist, Dr. Ladner, made me very comfortable and was professional. Made sure that I knew everything that was going on while he was checking my teeth and gave me options on braces, retainers, etc. I appreciate all their work and dedication! It is very apparent that they love their jobs. Would recommend to everyone who wants an amazing experience at the ortho!

Went to see about braces for my 14 yr old daughter. Parents aren't aloud to go back with kids which is already a red flag but when my daughter came out she was sad and upset, she said that she was sitting right outside the room when the nurse showed the dentist her pictures and that she started laughing and when the nurse asked what she was laughing about she just said she didn't expect that when she seen her picture... my daughter looked and it was the picture they take of you and your teeth at the start. Definitely will never recommend and will NEVER be going back.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Every staff member that I encountered was helpful and friendly. Both Orthodontists are professional and kind. I like that they have 2 office locations and had a choice on where to do follow up visits. Kewanee and Galesburg offices. HIGHLY recommend.
