I would like to express my highest review for everyone affiliated with Lackawanna Medical Group that has taken care of me for 40 plus years. Their care and support for patients from ALL the staff has always been excellent and above par. In particular I would like to praise Dr. Emma Rubin for her continued care over the years. Dr. Rubin is thorough in her exams and when difficult questions arise, has always supported additional testing or involving a specialist if needed. Fortunately most of the physical challenges from exam to exam are easily manageable by Dr. Rubin. Dr. Rubin listens and works with her patients to find just the right medication, or dosage to achieve a comfortable outcome. She is not an alarmist. This allows me to attend stress free exams. I had an appointment with Theresa Germano for a check up and physical. She was graciously fit me in last minute and was beyond attentive and professional - she spent time with me and listened to all my concerns. The girls in the office were all so kind - I would recommend Theresa !

Dr. Rubin is a horrible little woman who shouldn't be practicing medicine. I asked her for help and she basically degraded me and was disrespectful by treating me like I was stupid and dismissing my symptoms due to mental health issues. 0/10. Just ask for a different one. Worst doctor I've seen in my whole life. She treated me like a child. I've never wanted to cry from a doctor yet here we are.

I had consultations with an endocronologist and 2 other hormone clinics for TRT before my doctor recomended LMG. The endocronolgist was apathetic to my symptoms and extremely low T levels and the other 2 hormone clinics were so over eager to pump me full of Testosterone, Estrogen Blockers (that a may or may not even need), and HCG to maintain fertility (even though I have no desire to have more kids) that I felt more like a customer and less like a patient. Not the case with LMG. I went for my initial consultation, we talked about my goals and concerns before putting together a protocol tailor made for me. LMG is HORRIBLE at returning calls and answering the phone, which is unfortunate since Dr. Harasym is a PHENOMENAL doctor! God forbid they call you back the same day. If it wasn't for Dr. Harasym...I'd be gone!
