Came in today for just an exam and left with both my sons starting treatment. The whole staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. I had been to other consultations and Dr. Lach was the only Dr to take the time to explain the entire treatment process and all my options in detail. Brad was such a pleasure to work with and very thankful that he was willing to work with my budget with the cost of treatment. Thank you to the entire team!!

I’m honestly surprised that they have such great reviews because, from start to finish, my experience has been a complete disaster. 1. The consultation experience was extremely pushy. They have you start treatment literally right after you swipe your card, which can be a good thing if you already know you want to move forward. However, if you’re just inquiring, it’s definitely not a good experience. 2. I initially had ceramic braces on my top teeth and wanted to switch to regular metal braces because the ceramic brackets kept breaking. And that, my friend, is where everything went downhill. When I came in to have the ceramic braces removed, I was under the impression that they would apply the regular braces during the same visit. However, they told me I would need to reschedule for another

Brad is the best and so knowledgeable and Natalia is so nice, kind, and helpful. Dr lach was the best and so gentle on the braces as well. Tiffany is also the sweetest at the reception, 10/10 service all around.

They are amazing and understanding.Staff is so friendly especially Carolina she’s is doing awesome job. My daughter she’s so glad we came here.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lach, Carolina and Brad. They are so sweet. They dedicated and devoted a lot of their time to me and had the patience of gods and goddesses
