Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation

This facility seemed clean and food well prepared. Their staff was always too busy, always left messages with NO callbacks. The PT was so bad, they said they did all these things but required an appointment to watch the sessions which is no good. No one knew enything and always had to "ask someone else". My sister sat for 11 days because they had a Covid case and locked everyone in their rooms. They said PT came to the rooms but it did not happen. They billed for doctors they said came in but there was no verification of the visits. We were not notififed of any orders or visits. We asked to be notified because she has dimentia and we awanted to be there for all such communications. The front desk person did not even have a pen and could not answer even the most basic questions. My

The nursing staff at Lacey post acute seem to be very good. However - the administration is lacking. My mother was there for 20 days. Upon admittance they were given my contact information. However - the majority of the time she was there I was not contacted for any updates - or to attend the care plan that was put in place. I also asked for help from Lisa - the administrator in getting my mother on Medicaid. I called a few days after she was admitted - then the week after - no response from Lisa. She eventually called me two days prior to my mother being released. I told her I left several messages. Her response was that she was having issues with her password on her voicemail so was unable to retrieve messages. I called the facility on Wed 01/07/2025 trying to get an update.

This place is wonderful! My mother came in after a surgery, for rehabilitation,and not only were the nurses wonderful, but the PT and OT was awesome. The nursing assistants were great. If I could give more than five stars for this location i. They Rock

The Care that My client received during his stay at Lacey Post acute was excellent!! The nurses, CNA's all of the staff and everyone in-between,is the reason he got to go home today! PT and OT helped him learn how to do everything he needed to learn. Alyson, Matt, Sean, Michel and a few others, thank you for everything y'all did for Lyle!! CNA's, Brandy, Noah and Tammy, y'all were amazing!! The care y'all provided and keeping his spirits up at the same time were invaluable, thank you!! To the nurses, Tammy Kim Roni, thank you!! I would definitely recommend bringing anyone that I care about to your facility! A special thanks to Rebecca for everything you did to help get Lyle home too. Thank you to everyone who helped in Lyles recovery!! Y'all are truly a blessing!! ❤️

I was at Lacey Post Acute for almost six weeks. The staff were outstanding. They were attentive and kind and helped me to recover as quickly as possible from two surgeries. I really appreciate all of their care and they even helped with transportation to doctor visits. I highly recommend this rehab facility!
