I had a procedure done at mercy that was covered by my medicaid and now they're saying that I owe them 258$ which is a lie do not trust this place or anyone associated with them they are scammers and cheats and need to be reported for medical fraud

Very dishonest and awful company. My insurance is saying that I don't owe anything and they continue to bill me for the amount the insurance didn't pay because it's a contracted rate. They tell me that they are out of network, which is a lie. The insurance told me they are in network and that I owe $0. Now their sending me to collections for a debt I do not owe. Horrible, rude customer service and hateful old lady I spoke to. Very shady company.

I would not trust your billing from this place. For the second time, I have had to send EOBs to them after they had already received the responses. They sent me bills demanding payment when my EOBs say they double billed or used incorrect codes. Instead of them correcting their claims, they just decide to try and demand payment from you. BEWARE!
