Labcorp’s entire process—from check-in to billing is deeply flawed. The location I visited was staffed by only one person, forcing patients to check in through a booth that completely compromised privacy. Despite providing my insurance information at the time of the visit, I was later billed as if I had no coverage. I re-submitted my insurance details, only to receive another bill over a month later and still with no insurance applied. I ended up receiving two surprise billing notices for the same day visit. I can’t even begin to explain how bad my experience with Labcorp immigration DNA testing has been. Poor communication, same update every week with no progress, as it stands I am still in Limbo. I sent emails, called and tried to explain how important getting a real update on my testing is because I have military service coming up but all I get is “samples are in testing” The representative will give me a “goal date”, I would call on said date and nothing. I just called them and once again they told me it’ll be another 3-5 business days now. Guess what, based on my experience I know next week I will be told the exact same thing I have been told today. The worst customer service ever. I have done absolutely everything I was told to get this billing issue taken care of and labcorp is still sending collection notices for a bill that my doctors office and my insurance company told them I don't owe. Cannot get ANYONE on the phone EVER! Hold times are 30-40-50 minute's or more. The ONE time I finally got someone by phone, their English was soooo bad I couldn't understand her and I know she didn't understand me. After all of those hold times, this is what I got for service. These people are the absolute worst. Run, don't walk to ANY other lab company but Labcorp. They couldn't care less about you.

I was transferred twice, then when I finally got on the call with Pam, she had an attitude and could have been nicer. It’s OKAY that it’s lab policy that she cannot discuss my results with me, BUT she could have been nicer instead of repeatedly asking me rudely who my doctor was after I already told her that no doctor ordered it for me that it was my OBGYN office for the lab test, the people at my OBGYN office even said that there was no doctor on my lab order, they were just testing how far along I am. I am disappointed at the level of customer service I received from Pam and I feel like she should be disciplined. A little kindness goes a long way! I am a healthcare worker myself so I know that’s not how you treat people.

Had 4am delivery time at 1447 york ct dock guy showed up around 420am when i asked nicely on what time they open he responded when ever he gets in there the guy is very disrespectful drivers shouldn't have to deal with people like him beware coming here very rude guy
