LA Orthopedic and Pediatric Physical Therapy

I can’t say enough good things about Dr J and Amber at LA Orthopedic. I was referred by my attorney after a bad car accident, and from the very beginning they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. On my first day of treatment, I walked in the door crying, because my back was in so much pain. Throughout my course of treatment, Dr J and Amber consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of rehabilitation and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. Their encouragement and thoughtful approach helped me rebuild strength and confidence. Thanks to their care, I’m back on my bike, back in the pool, and walking briskly again, things I truly wasn’t sure I’d be able to do so soon. Our experience with PT Jay was truly a pleasure! He assisted our little one with torticollis and gaining core strength to meet milestones. Jay was very patient and gentle with our baby during all his visits. We are grateful for our time with him and would recommend him to our family and friends.

From day one of my physical therapy with Amber I was confident I was in great hands. Her extensive knowledge and careful attention to what she does is unmatched. Her meticulous plans including exercise plans, recovery strategies, stretch program and strength building circuits have given me the confidence and piece of mind to move forward without worry of relapsing my injury. She is the exception to the practice but should be the standard. I appreciate everything she’s done for me and would not hesitate to recommend Amber to anyone in need of physical therapy and injury recovery. Five stars. An 11 out of 10.

Within 3 sessions my 10 month old went from unable to do anything but sit- to crawling, standing, and cruising! I was shocked at how quickly progress was made. Thank you!!

I met Dr.Jay for an evaluation for my 4 month old son that was suspected of torticollis. He was very gentle with my baby. He was also very informative on the stretches and very kind. He assigned us once a week with PT Phoebie de Guzman and I’ve been going with her now for weekly sessions for my baby. She also is very kind and gentle and makes us feel welcomed every visit. So far both Dr.Jay and PT Guzman are very gentle and kind. I recommend for anyone with children. I didn’t get get to get a pic with Dr.Jay but here’s one with PT Guzman.
