Unprofessional and disorganized experience I had a very disappointing experience with LA Dental. I came in specifically for Invisalign and made it clear I did not want braces. They quoted me one price, took my payment, and scheduled my next appointment a month later — but I never received any updates or communication in between. When I came back for X-rays, they suddenly raised the price from what I was originally quoted. I decided not to move forward and requested a refund on the 18th, but as of the 21st I still haven’t received it — and they’re telling me it will take a full week to process. To make things worse, they refuse to provide my X-rays and photos in a PDF format, which every other office I called said is standard. I’ve since called three other dental offices and was quoted l

I really enjoyed my experience (didn’t hurt tm)

Every time I have a problem with my teeth, I call this place and they take me in asap! They always accommodate me, and my tooth aches !
