L & M dental

Yesterday was my first visit as a new client. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and personable. Not for a single moment did I feel rushed or like I was just a number. It's a nice change from what seems common place, these days, in the medical field. Aside from that, the aesthetic atmosphere was awesome. Many of the ceiling lights had beautiful backlit photographs. And every room, especially the foyer, had a very personal touch of interior decorating. Dr. Milani was so kind, I almost felt like an old friend. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. --- My return visit didn't go as well. Dr. Milani was still very friendly but when he administered injections my opinion of him was immediately reversed. When he says "a little pinch" expect a sledge hammer! I won't be returning to L&M

Everyone here is so friendly. Had to go in for a filling. It was done in about 15 mins. Dr Lee is always friendly and explains everything ahead of time. She has always gotten me in quickly when I needed to make an appointment. I do recommend her office. My sister started going here too.

January 2 2026 I became a patient of Lee & Milani dental when this company was located at 12311 Nacogdoches road SA Tx 78217 in the year of 2023. It was a hassle to communicate and corroborate the terms and financing with the then office manager Delores (she no long works there). This person gave me a very hard time in getting the paperwork done for the treatment doctor Milani stated I needed. After such a hassle to do so, I managed to get it done because I thought that Dr Milani would do his best to complete and properly diagnosis me with a dental plan to fix and treat my issues. I was told by Dr Malani that I first needed to replace my old partial dentures for the top of my mouth with new ones. Dr Milani then recommended that he do fillings to my two front teeth without “EVER”giving me

I’ve had a deep cleaning done and he was great. No pain at all. Next is some extractions and they are so professional I’m sure those will go great.

Alessandro Milani, DMD is the heart beat of the business. Has been my dentist for the past four years. Very respectful, knowledge and friendly. My issues are solved every time. The hygienist, Diana does an awesome job. My teeth feel new each time. Attention to detail and the knowledge she communicates is my source of information. The front office staff keeps the office moving. Patients appreciate little waiting time and enjoying the knowledge of different insurance companies. I keep coming back to because of the service, price and friendly atmosphere.
