My husband was sent by his work to see Kwan-Consigli Monica C for his Med card renewal. He told her he just had shoulder surgery and did not use any meds for pain after the surgery. He told her he had sleep apnea but no longer used the mechine that he had a mouthpiece made by our dentist she wanted a report from the doctor that my husband no longer sees and was not accepting of it. So she did not renew his Med card. Come to find out today in the mail Kwan-Consigli Monica C stated my husband lied about braking his arm!!!! He never broke his arm don’t know were that came from.
