Deceitful and untrustworthy. I scheduled my annual physical, which is always covered by KP, the one thing they actually cover. This year I got billed for it. I've contacted billing and claims four times and they say that if the doctor and I discuss too much about my health, he can change the appointment type to a "doctor's visit" which I then got billed for. Apparently this is what happened. I tried reaching out to the doctor's office to ask what happened, and his LPN responded to me and told me to contact financial services and didn't allow me to respond to her message. So I'm supposed to go to the doctor and not tell him anything about my health for fear of getting billed for something that's supposed to be the annual wellness checkup, that he could change to a doctor's visit if I take t
