Annoyed. Reception/Scheduling should’ve advised us that check in was in Suite 402 for Hematology/Oncology before heading to Suite 412. Our discharge papers clearly stated Suite 412. For limited/physically challenged patients, this advance notice would be very helpful to know in advance. Also, the parking garage WITH validation still has a charge. SMH I guess we should be grateful?!? 🙄 And, for those with disabled plates/temporary handicapped parking permits, very limited parking spots per floor. And, wherever you do find panting, you need to go into the parking elevator to Floor 3 in order to walk a ramp into the medical center to avoid stairs for physically challenged patients. Then, medical plaza elevators available. TIP: See photo for Kuakini Plaza Pharmacy. Very polite and professio

Amazing doctors, nurses, and staff here at Kuakini Medical Center! Professional, caring, and friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. They even sent me a get well soon card!
