Dr. Krupp is an outstanding dentist. I went to him to have a filling replaced that was giving me pain. The procedure went smoothly from start to finish. He gives a gentle injection and works with efficiency. Now my tooth is back to normal and pain free! The hygienists, assistants and administrative staff are also wonderful! Highly recommend this dental practice!

I've been ok with the practice until this last couple of weeks, when I've called THREE times just to reschedule an appointment - this would be a two minute service of the staff's part, but I guess they cannot be bothered. When I call them again, it'll be to cancel. For good. I'm very glad I'm not trying to reach them with a dental emergency. Awful client service.

Taylor is the best hygienist I have ever had! I am so happy with this dentist, plan on staying for a long time!

Returned here after not seeing a dentist in 10 years. The practice has changed hands twice, but I was still seen by the same hygienist I had seen when I was younger and I was happy to see her again. I had some fairly obvious problems and knew going in that I would need work done. I didn't feel judged by either the hygienist nor Dr Krupp for having gone so long without seeing a dentist or the state my teeth were in. We simply acknowledged what the problems were and separated the work into several appointments to take care of it. I was paying out of pocket, so I asked if it was possible to get an estimate of how much it would cost. The office provided me a printout that listed each tooth that needed work, the work being done on that tooth, and the cost to have that work done on that tooth.

My 6 year old had two cavities filled for the first time today. The staff was extremely patient and positive to him and helped him feel at ease. He was very nervous but they went the extra mile to keep his mind off of what was happening. They worked extremely quickly and efficient as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Karrell and his extremely kind and patient staff.
