Kroger Pharmacy

Customer service is terrible. I receive a text saying my prescription was received, but not ready. I would NEVER hear anything again if I didn’t call. They don’t fill rx and get them ready without you calling or sitting there waiting. It’s ridiculous. They also don’t stick several meds and have to order - but, never call you to explain this - until you call two days later and they say….oh, we will order it now. Just terrible and the girls up front smile so big and are condescending when they know you are rightfully upset. This is medicine! It’s important!

I have been using this pharmacy for a decade and over. All I will say they do a great job. sometimes they might get backed app because there are a lot of people that use it and you may have to wait in line, but that really is the only complaint that I can think of if it was a good job and they've always taken care of me. babe.

Deserves a negative, no one there cares to do their job or care for the customers that depend on them for their medications. They all should quit and be a cashier it's more along their capabilities. Do Not recommend, they will not help you and waste lots of your time

They used to be really good about getting scripts ready and now they get a prescription and put it off for 2-4 days….what in the world is going on with these people? I called 2 days ago and asked to get it ready and it’s STILL it ready. EPIC FAIL KROGER PHARMACY TOMBALL!!!

Shanteri was very attentive with attention to detail locating my prescription which was sent to different Kroger pharmacy.
