Kroger Pharmacy

I switched from there because they never had medications needed and it would be a week+ trying to get it (mind you, we're not talking about uncommon things), and the staff was usually fueled by spite and rudeness. Well, my new pharmacy closed and sent everything to Kroger, so I'm having to deal with them again. Months later, think it'd be better? My first call to see if I can fill meds and when they'd be available was met with attitude for daring to ask this question. I'd rather drive further away somewhere else than deal with them.

When I called the automotive call Saturday it told me that my prescription was ready for pick up...went there Monday they lied to me it wasn't ready not a thing to mess with in this era of mental prescription hopefully it doesn't happen again or they might have to be shut down

The Kroger pharmacy staff is kind, patient, efficient and professional. They handle all of our prescriptions and we are very pleased with their service!

My husband and I just had the worst experience with Kroger Pharmacy in Tiffin. The lady working the drive thru has the worst customer service, lacks transparency and is too lazy to do her job. First, she tries to send us off without our toddler’s inhaler. When we questioned her why it wasn’t filled she said because our insurance doesn’t cover it. We tell her we want it still and also the mask that she also forgot to mention too. My husband had to make a second trip back there to get it (we gave them an hour after Mae’s Dr apt to fill the script in the first place). Second, we came to find out that it could have been re-run under something else and our insurance could cover a generic version that would be $40 less. She argues saying that she can’t do that but the younger lady at the counter

They are extremely rude here. I have had to pick up a prescription three different times and each time I have had a different person. Each person was extremely rude. And not only that, they have changed my prescription twice without asking me.
