Kroger Pharmacy

The female pharmacist is one of the rudest, high horse, arrogant people I have ever met. My DOCTOR writes my prescriptions. For some reason she wants to question every single one. She makes every single fill a headache for me. She quite literally screamed at my father in law because he checked her attitude after she told me “I choose to fill your medication or not. Got it?” After I asked if she had heard from my doctor yet. I’m lodging a complaint and moving my medicine to another pharmacy. Stay away from here until she is gone.

I know things were pretty rocky at this pharmacy for a year or so; I left too. I recently went back out of convenience, and what a difference! I am glad I did. Friendly efficient staff, prompt prescription (re)fills...they do what they say they will. Try it again! mjy

The Asian pharmacist is AWFUL. She’s rude. Condescending and thinks she can argue a doctor's treatment plan. If you wanted to be a doctor then you should have gone to school for it. Mike is the only competent pharmacist there. I’m sick of having to argue for them to fill my medication as I am extremely ill.

I've been using this pharmacy for over a year now and have had nothing but good experiences. When insurance and providers have made refills tricky, they always accommodate and get my refills on time.

I’ve been in this line for 30 mins. This is my third visit to the pharmacy all for the same medication they didn’t fill yet. Even when the online app said it was ready. I’m moving all my family’s Rx
