I hate to leave a bad review but I hope this will go to the right person to help fix some of the problems at this location. I have always had a good experience at this pharmacy up until a couple of months ago when I waited 5 days and Rx wasn't ready. Thought it was just a one off, maybe the Rx wasn't in stock, but then this most recent time it was 9 days and still wasn't ready. I went to the store to see what was going on and see if maybe it was ready, it just wasn't updated. The tech printed something and handed it to the pharmacist and said it would be ready by the end of day. I couldn't come back that day so the next day when I checked, the app was still saying it wasn't ready, so I called. Thankfully someone answered and said it would be ready within the hour, received an apology and w
This pharmacy sucks! I called in my request Monday. I have checked in daily and was told it would be ready after 12pm. It’s still not ready. I tried to nicely tell the pharmacy tech over the phone that I understand the snow is coming in but I’m leaving town in the morning. She assured me it would be ready. I expressed my concerns (well attempted to) as I was told all week it would be ready. She rudely assured me it would be ready, then told me other calls were coming in and hung up the phone on me. I wish I knew her name because I would blast it on this review. The funny thing is it’s a very simple refill-it’s already pre-packaged. All they have to do is put a sticker on it.
I would really suggest you get your prescriptions somewhere else. The techs ignore you while you stand 5 people deep in line. If they answer the phone (which is rare), and you have an issue with your prescriptions, their phone suddenly will "drop" the call....even though its a land line phone. They announce your medication so everyone in line can hear it. There are a few techs that are amazing, but the ones who have been there for a long time are rude and will flat out ignor you or just be rude to you. I switched pharmacies. I suggest the Kroger at Springhurt, they are nice, they don't yell out your medication, and they answer the phone. Also they won't "drop the call" on you. I promise you will be happier getting your prescriptions somewhere else.
Hubbards Lane Kroger Pharmacy is the worst that I've ever tried to use. The employees are rude and obnoxious. I received a text that stated my prescription wasn't in stock and needed to be ordered and the text asked that I give them a call. When I called, some little twerp stated when I said I couldn't wait for days for an order, " what do you want me to do, I can't make it." She then sent me on a wild goose chase to another Kroger Pharmacy in another part of town, telling me that I could get the medication there, but it wasn't even in stock. When I returned back to the Hubbards Lane Pharmacy, another employee tried to tell me the prescription had to be resent by my physician which wasn't true because I had contacted my physician and I knew it had been sent correctly. Now, I'm having
Looks like i fell victim to this horrendous pharmacy. Moving from springhurst to lyndon area and my kroger out here fills my scripts in record speed. My doctor sent the prescription to this location, and they legit acted like I was nowhere to be found in their entire system. lady said she ran a "nationwide search" looking for my prescription and was not located, even though mychart confirmed my doctor had called it into this location. My doctor had to call it in AGAIN, and now when i call to check on it, there are 2 prescriptions from both my doctors attempts, and it states it won't be filled for 4 days. What a nightmare, they should just close the pharmacy altogether rather than put patients through all this just to get a script filled.
