Kroger Pharmacy

I’m embarrassed I haven’t left a 5-star review sooner because this has been my go-to pharmacy for years. In the four years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never once had an issue with getting my prescription, and the staff has always been friendly no matter who was at the window. What really prompted me to finally leave this review was a recent experience after I moved and had to try a different pharmacy. My first visit there was horrible—the man at the window was rude and basically told me there was nothing he could do because of an insurance issue (even though I’ve gotten the same prescription monthly from the same provider with no problem here). I transferred my prescription to this location, in part from receiving a coupon that would give me $25 worth of groceries for my transfer. I had refills for the whole year; it was not a new prescription. I called my doctor for them to do the transfer. Apparently the technicality is that I needed to go to my old pharmacy and tell them I was leaving them for Kroger. It didn’t specify that in the fine print. It was then lamely explained to me why I couldn’t receive the $25.... it’s literally 25 dollars. Why am I having to argue with you? Way to build loyalty, team.

You don't realize how good they are till you go somewhere else!!! I switched to Pharmacy Advantage (P.A.) because they promised FREE home delivery. (P.A.) is closed on weekends, so if your script was to be refilled on Sat u have to wait till Monday for them to fill it. Then you CAN"T pick it up in person - it has to be mailed out (wait another 5 days for delivery) Good luck with (P.A.) answering a phone call or returning a message the same day. / Paige at Kroger is wonderful, she is so nice to everyone. Even the grumpy patients. These folks are over worked and yet do an excellent job. Shame on me for going else where. I'm back now and won't change.

kroger pharmacy is terrific. i called in in the morning. left them a message and they filled it sent me a text. ran it through my discount card. i asked them about the booster shot. their store had it and they said if i came in they could fix me up. they gave me a prefilled out form for me to sign i waited about 5 minutes and i got my shot. smoothe effortless commerce. its sooooo refreshing.!!

I have always had a good experience at this Kroger Pharmacy. They are very nice, and always willing to help you. I had to get medication for my dog, they treated me like everyone else. I had gone to another pharmacy, they were rude, unwilling to help me. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy at 25 Mile, Shelby Twp.
