I’m not usually the person to complain or even leave reviews. However, today warrants both! And if there were minus five stars that would certainly be the case. Here’s a little ignorance for you, Mr. Andrew Holloway RPH. I completely understand that you have procedures and protocols to follow with the administration of controlled substances. A physical id is required, as you so blatantly and disrespectfully were willing to overlook this one time. Thank you, even though I was willing and trying to offer a second option. Which admittedly was not the physical card, but you could still scan! Now, I’m not so sure if I intimidated you in stature, looks, or perhaps both? Or you were just having a very bad day? I asked for my prescription to b filled guy said an hour sent my wife there after she got off work and the female told us I had to wait 10 more days which was no problem but why tell me on the phone and have my wife make a blank trip?? I checked my previous texts an I have been able to get them before 30 days . I also see where they've been overcharging me when they want. Gotta go somewhere else.

It’s very difficult to talk to anyone on the phone. They often either hang up on you, put you on hold, or don’t answer.

Honestly, I've always had issues with this pharmacy. I've used them since I was a child but I'm definitely going to be switching soon. They always give mixed information and are slow as turtles counting prescriptions. There is one nice lady if she still works there who is also efficient. The reast of the employees don't seem to care about patients and their care. Almost as if I'm bothering them to do their job. Not worth the time and energy. I strongly recommend finding a different option if you're looking for a permanent pharmacy. Also who opens at 9 o clock? People have lives that start early and they need their medications.
