The clerks are always very helpful. They are patient, willing to help get you the right prescription at the doable price that you can afford, i.e., the compare your insurance co-pay with third party payers like Good RX, etc. They answer all questions, and if they don't dispense or have the med on hand, they will check other pharmacies for you. Great pharmacy!

I try not to complain too often but I am very disappointed in this pharmacy’s service today. Waited several hours for them to notify us that a prescription for Tamiflu that had been called in by the doctor’s office (this morning around 10:00) had been filled. Tried calling repeatedly and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Had to go to the store to find out they wouldn’t have it until the next afternoon. One day can mean the difference in whether or not there’s any need in starting this drug treatment or not. They should be more considerate and at least notify the patient, in a timely manner, if they don’t have a drug like this which is time sensitive. Very rude customer service! Don’t try to get the pharmacist to explain anything he will just talk over you and not care that you still don’t understand. I asked to speak to someone else so they could explain with less attitude since I wasn’t understanding from him and he says well I am the pharmacist. I had to ask several times to speak to someone else. Then that lady also had an attitude bc I asked questions trying to understand. This pharmacy has gone way down hill. Not only is customer service awful but I have to call several times to make sure they are even filling my medicine. I have had to wait days to get medicine that was called in multiple times and checked on but apparently they never received it and it’s never their fault.
