Kroger Pharmacy

I received a random call from them saying my prescription is ready. I haven’t lived in Michigan for ten years , let alone in Northville. Pharmacists was super rude and act like I was a bother to her and proceeded to hang up in my face when I said to remove my number from the system.

Inconsistent Rx pricing that is always a higher cost than the suggested Rx savings card price quote. Using Buzz Rx they only added $5 to the suggested price, LOL! They use Blink Rx but you can try using BuzzRx, SingleCare, Spark, etc... I'll be going elsewhere and suggest you do the same if you're a cash paying customer.

No organization. Seems to be vastly under staffed. Employees sitting on their phones behind the counter instead of helping people in line. Hung up on me while I was on the phone confirming pick up time. Said it would be noon, then, 2, now 3pm. Said they call back and didn’t. Ignored my drs calls and sent them to voicemail. Had to have my Dr call more than 3x to get through so they’d fill the RX. Hung up on me right before lunch, then when I tried to call back there phones wouldn’t send me through … because it was lunch. Took my insurance card but didn’t run it through. Tried charging me an obnoxious amount for the meds, but I used good RX to lower it.

I've always used my Kroger Pharmacy so when I moved last year near this location, I switched all of my prescriptions. I don't know why, but at this location I stopped receiving text notifications for when my order is ready. I brought this up to the pharmacy each time, but they've never been able to fix it. I don't know if this is their issue, or an issue with all Kroger pharmacies that just happened to begin when I switched. Additionally, it usually takes multiple days from when my order is made to when it's ready. I'll often go there 3 or 4 days after an order and it still isn't ready. This is the issue that prompted my negative review. I don't know what's normal, but my past pharmacy had my prescriptions filled within 24 hours. I'm on day 3 waiting on my current prescription. Pharmacist was borderline rude and condescending on a script for my pet. Gave me 20 minutes of hassle over it and freaked out that I asked her to have my script ready in 45 minutes while I shopped on my lunch break. All she needed to do was reconstitute a bottle of antibiotics. Something I do for my clients nearly daily-and takes less than 5 minutes. After all her freaking out they didn't even have the meds I needed. So I willingly went to Costco to fill it. Cost a few more bucks but got 0 hassle. Worth it!
