Kroger Pharmacy

I’d have given this pharmacy ZERO stars had it been an option. My husband needed his insulin and our insurance provider had told us that we could get a very expensive long acting insulin at Kroger for $25 which was about $75 cheaper than our regular pharmacy. I was ignored at the consultation window for quite some time before someone finally addressed me (after another customer who was at the pickup lane). I don’t mind waiting for someone who is in front of me but this pharmacist didn’t seem to want to answer my question or wait on me at all. She stayed a distance away from me and refused to take or look at the prescription box I was holding (or the insurance information I had for her). I have a head injury, sleep disorder & chronic pain. Corey doesn't understand how to be patient with people who dn't know how to read the labels on the med bottles. He was rude to me on the phone, hung up on me & even threatened me with not filling me meds on time! Don't use this pharmacy or bother with this store! The managers didn't care how i was treated either! I will be moving my scripts ASAP!

Card and App to get deals. I get the App tracks our purchases and we get rewarded with digital coupons, but come on. Produce isnt evaluated as it should be. Often rotten, over ripe or moldy bad spots. Expect a lot from the customer and offer very little given in return.Customer service very poor.

Incredible pharmacy with pharmacist and techs who go above and beyond in care for their customers. We drive from Keller to this location because of the incredible experience we have every time.
