Customer Reviews
Everyone there has been friendly and helpful, especially Tori and Nevaeh. They do their best to accommodate when I wait too long and need a script filled quickly. I am always asked when medications have changed or adjusted to make sure its correct. <3
Best Pharmacy I have ever used. The technicians and Pharmacists are always friendly, and very knowledgeable. When I lost my insurance they were very helpful with finding us discounted prescriptions. Once we were back on insurance we were informed of the prescriptions that would be less if we did not go through our insurance. I only use this pharmacy.
The girls in the pharmacy are extremely rude and talk down to people with a terrible attitude. They are arrogant and stuck up and always angry for some reason. I mean really how hard is it to take pills from the big bottle and put them in a little bottle. It’s unfortunate but i can only imagine that some of the elderly have no choice but to go there and get treated awful by the pharmacy staff time and time again. Hopefully a manager reads this and can put a stop to it.
Okay so today's review is brought to you by my experience. I attempted to refill a prescription but stood at the window for a good 10 minutes watching some woman and man reorganize and clean shelves. I walked to the other window and was told my prescription would require a call to my doctor. Not to mention the attitude I was greeted with made me feel like a total burden. I got denied medicine and wasn't told why. Oh and the week before when I tried getting that same medication I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. 40 minutes pass by and I've heard not a word so I go to the window to find out that oh I was OUT of refills. This pharmacy has wasted my time and patience for a woman who depends on her medicine for living life comfortably. AVOID.
The worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. The balding gentleman behind the counter wearing a tie and no lab coat, which I assume is a manager of some kind. His lack of knowledge of their system was appallingly. He was condescending and rude. We had to call our insurance company simply to find out that Kroger was in error and didn't know how to use their own system. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS PHARMACY.
