Kroger Pharmacy

They do not care about you. I was a customer for a few years and needed my Metformin on a Sunday and they told me a week before they get in touch with my Dr office to get my refill. Instead of taking care of a customer they treated me like I was trying to get pain meds. I'm diabetic and been on the same meds since 2016.

I use Kroger Pharmacy for all of my perscriptions. I havent had too many issues with them, but there was one time that my perscription was due to be refilled and they were unable to auto-refill it, because they didnt have the product. I had to contact my doctor and have the perscription sent to Walmart so I wouldnt run out and miss any doses. They also discontinued my last perscription for my anxiety and depression and did not notify me about it, thankfully my doctor noticed it when I was at a checkup and was able to switch me to something else without issues.

I love this store not as good as st.clairsville but number 2 they have food not bad prices n always discounts especially if u have the Kroger card. And it has a pharmacy n makeup isle it has almost everything but clothes. I would recommend going to krogers n if u don't have a Kroger card just ask customer service they will give u one n you just sign up it's not very hard.

My husband had total knee replacement surgery in New Albany Ohio,we live in West Virginia.We usually get a medicines at Moundsville Walmart but they wouldn’t fill the medication because they was out of town! I called Moundsville Medicine Shop they said no.i called Kroger’s in Belaire they said they couldn’t fill them until next day. I had given up hope of get the medications for him. I went to Kroger’s in Moundsville and the pharmacist was very kind and helpful. They told me they could fill the 7 medications in 1 hour ! God bless them !

Everyone is so helpful and nice!! I've moved all my scripts here and since I don't have prescription insurance they always make sure I get the best price with their discounts!
