Kroger Pharmacy

Terrible staff. Prejudice as well. I have been lied to about my prescription availability and told many times about this particular prescription that they can't look up where other krogers pharmacies might have it or when they'll get it back in stock. They act clueless about it and claim there is no way to find out any of that information. Then why can they for literally any other medications??????????

This pharmacy sucks plain and simple. They don't answer the phones after being on hold for 20-30 minutes. Tried to get a refill and they said they needed a new prescription. I called my provider and they were really confused because I still have my refills for another 9 months. So I had them send it to CVS instead and was able to pick it up an hour later. Oh and THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A DRIVE THRU. People that work behind the counter are completely useless and will give you an attitude for no reason.

One of the most unprofessional guys working there in this pharmacy. The pharmacists are rude, and not at all helpful. They never have medication available and customer need to waite atleast 3 to 4 days to get their medications. They don't refill your prescription until you requested for it.

This pharmacy is filled with the most caring and competent individuals. The main pharmacist and all of the additional team members consistently go above and beyond to help my family answering questions, getting medications on time, and helping to get a clear picture of how much things will cost. Grateful to have them as our anchor pharmacy.

Karya was EXTREMELY fast and EXTREMELY awesome. Was in a huge rush and this technician was on point! She definitely needs a raise. Completely satisfied with this visit I cannot describe it. My words does not do her and my experience justice.
