Kroger Pharmacy

One of my kids medication wasn't covered and I asked them to contact the insurance to find out why or if another would be covered. She declined and stated I had to do it. I've had other pharmacies do it before so I don't understand why they won't do it. Unless something changed that Im not aware of.

I go to this pharmacy for a couple of years now. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I never had any issues. Pharmacy hours are a plus. When there was an issue with my prescriptions, they contacted my doctor and got it ready in a timely manner. Of course, sometimes the outcome is not what the patient wants (the med could be expensive, out of stock etc) but so far, the pharmacy always did their part.

Really disappointed that apparently this location closes at 11 p.m. now and I was turned away at the door at 10:56 when I literally needed to only purchase a case of water. I have been using this Kroger for years and primarily because of how late it is open, as I get out of work late. I would lose my job for declining guest traffic like this, especially when sales are forecasted to decline in the coming months. There is no new signage posted declaring the new closing hours as I was only able to confirm the new time by Googling the location.

Kroger Pharmacy at 3600 Gus Thomasson Rd ste 150, Mesquite, TX 75150, has apparently forgotten that pharmacists are supposed to have a prescription for punctuality, and Jennifer Tong's excuse of rain and traffic for being late is as original as a rainy day in Seattle, because who doesn't know to build in some extra time for traffic and weather?

I had to have a prescription transferred here as my home pharmacy was out. Joe went above and beyond! I can’t thank you enough! Joe is GREATNESS!! Treats every customer like Gold and even asked me if I’d like to get a 3 month prescription instead of 1 month which saved me a ton! Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you!
