The literal worst experience ever today with the staff. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I’ve had a rude experience with the actual pharmacist but today was the icing on the cake. I was hung up on and spoke to like I did not matter. The saving grace today was Joseph he was a doll both on the phone and at pick up. But the other two were AWFUL!!

This will be my last time visiting this pharmacy the lady by the name Ms Angela is very very rude everyone else I have encountered were very polite and understanding.

Noah, the pharmacist on duty on 12/24, was a great help.

Much better since during Covid Crisis. Tip: For refills, download the app. You’ll need one password to open the app and another to get to your Prescriptions. The system will allow you to put the refill order days in advance of when the refill is authorized based on the prescription from your Provider. This will give the Pharmacist a heads up in case they are out of stock. Then they can order the prescribed medicine from the distribution site, and more than likely receive it in time to fill it on time. As availability on some medications is shrinking due to logistics with a squeeze on the US distribution systems, I'm guessing they can fulfill individual pharmacy needs by keeping excess stock in the distribution center rather than having each Pharmacy location carrying extra stock.

Worst pharmacy ever. I miss Moyes so much. Lost Prescription then come back in 2 days, then wait another 30 minutes. This is 3rd time I’ve tried to pick up and was told to wait another 30 minutes! .Line of people coming back is to the registers with same issues. Hire some help Kroger.. you’ve lost my business.
