Kroger Pharmacy

The pharmacist at the pharmacy is so rude and obnoxious! They contact my doctor right after I pick up a prescription to tell them I need a refill when I do not. When I have a prescription on automatic refills, they fail to follow up with the doctor and I end up with no medication on the weekend. That place is so unorganized. I have gone to them for years, but things have gotten much worse. I recommend going somewhere else if you don't want to get treated like a number.

Talked to pharmacist on phone to xfer script. Week later, there is no record of me or my script on the automated system. Left voice mail explaining situation. Two days later, still no record, no call backs nothing. This pharmacy is a black hole where nothing comes out.

Teresa, working the window, needs another job. Drove all the way there to be told our meds weren't ready. Said we couldn't wait. They were going to lunch. Okay. Drove halfway home to get a message that says they are filled. Um.... before their lunch break had started. This is unfortunately not a first. Ugh. Going on vacation tmrw so have to go back today. Thanks. Oh and I had already gotten a message to say mine were ready but she said they weren't. Oh dear.

Customer beware! This once was the best pharmacy we had ever used. Polite, customer focused with a smile, easy to help explain if there was an issue with a prescription or availability of one, they really cared and wanted to help you. It's the reason we kept using them even after we moved over 30min away to another town. Well all good things must come to an end and this one did like an anvil falling in a Looney Tunes cartoon on a coyotes head. It started with being unable to simply get through to them on the phone, then no text telling you a prescription was ready, then getting flat lied to about the availability of a prescription, then lied to that it was filled and wasn't when you picked it up making you wait unnecessarily, then lying to you that your medications are out of stock on back
