Staff here is very helpful and friendly. I came the other day for a vaccine appointment and Carmen made my day with her service and hospitality. Highly recommend.

I saw a different staff at this location this month. They seem to be much more organized.

New pharmacy manager trying to get this location in order. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Very kind and patient around ailing customers. Very busy location. Customers should also be kind and patient knowing employees are working hard and short handed at times. Between working the counter, drive thru pharmacy and filling rx, and big pharma not providing medication or filling orders is not employees fault. To Kroger at this location, thank you for your good work. We see you and appreciate you.

I would like to say good things but several visits to pick up prescriptions needed for my wife's recent back surgery they have completely messed up information needed. Which has caused us to almost not get some important medications. I multiple times now I have dropped by in the afternoon/evening to pick up a prescription that was sent over by the Dr. that morning and had to come back. No it was not to to being really busy. The info was not handled correctly and that causes problems. The worse part is each time they looked at me like I was the cause of the issue when I only showed up to pick up the mess. Something is off there currently. May be time to revamp some systems or find new employees to change the culture. They have normally been great.
