They used to be really nice. I have no clue what happened, other than burnout, maybe. I asked one day about my meds that were backordered, and you would have thought I was asking for a banned substance instead of something prescribed to me. This tech I've seen for years as friendly... Her face dropped so suddenly, and she's never smiled at me since. Last time, I came to the drive thru with 2 sick children in my car. The guy complains that I have 7 bottles and asked me to come in to get them. If I could come in, I would have. It took 3 times sending the tube. Big deal. It usually takes 2 anyway. It was an extra few seconds. But really, the reason I'm about to transfer all my meds to another pharmacy is the hours. Almost all the other pharmacies are open until 9 or 10 at least 6 days per wee

Would give negative star but not an option… The pharmacy at Kyle station Kroger it’s horrible… I have received the wrong pills in my prescription, they never call when our prescriptions are ready, we also get ghost calls saying prescriptions are ready only to show up at the store to find out no prescriptions are ready and then they argue and say they never called. Most recently tonight… Our doctor called in a prescription for a six-year-old this morning. Again never received a phone call… We called about 830 to find out that the prescription is ready. We explained that we were on our way only a few minutes away and that we needed this prescription tonight for our sick six year old. We arrived right before 9 o’clock only to find out that they have already closed. They are the worst. Sad to

My mother had a medicine she needed ASAP and another Kroger’s wouldn’t get it in until the 15th and wouldn’t answer any of our phone calls. I called the pharmacist on Newton rd and asked them if there was any way they could get her medicine transferred and less than an hour all 3 were ready for her. They were amazing and very apologetic for the other Kroger. I have been coming to this since they’ve opened and they are the only Kroger that is ready to help and hurry to get our medicines filled if we need them sooner. Thank you so so much!!

They didn’t answer the drive thur pharmacy and I had to go inside. Once inside I had to wait for over 1/2 hour. My doctor called in 45 minutes prior. They only had 3 pills of one of my prescriptions. They said I had to come back the next day. I called ahead to make sure it was ready for pickup and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited an hour to go pick it up just to be sure. When I got there it wasn’t ready and I was told it would be 30 minutes and to come back. I was home less than 5 minutes when they text me that it was ready. The attitude when I told them I called it was told it would be ready 30 minutes prior was so rude. When you’re sick and not feeling well you don’t need attitude and disrespectful from the staff.

People need pharmacies when they're not well. Most pharmacies make sure their drive-thru is open during open hours. Not this one. If you have trouble walking or standing in a line of at least 6 people ahead of you , don't bother coming here. This Saturday morning, I tried for the 4th time to get my meds. The drive thru was closed due to lack of staff. I went in again at 9:10 in hopes the single line would be shorter. I was 3rd in line. The first was signing up for a vaccination. The second lady who had trouble walking, approached the pickup window. "I'm sorry. We are only doing vaccinations until 10:00. I don't have a register to do anything else. " The 4 customers behind me were stunned and angry. We called for the store manager. They have no say over the pharmacy! Give me a break! Perh
