Kroger Pharmacy

Update this Pharmacy has gotten more efficient over the years , from Ms.Glenda, to now Winnie, always top notch service at the Pharmacy. 30 mins on phone still not ready 2 days later. Manager said 15 mins. Unsaid unwound wait. After shopping went to pharmacy it was closed exactly at 6.. Good cust..svc. would be to call since it was their mistake. No auto refill also. This pharmacy sucks!!! Along with the pharmacy manage. She once told me a drug was not availbe anymore. Which was incorrect manager just want paycheck. Please remove her asap. Manager is worst!! Believe that!!!

I have been going to that pharmacy for years. Even though I have changed jobs and it takes me an extra 30 minutes to go to that pharmacy, I still do! The other pharmacies do not compare to them! You could not ask for a better team than Alex, Becky, Alyssa, Prashant, Lissa, and Raff. They really to care, and it shows. thank you all so much for always taking time to help :)

Lissa, Becky, and Alex are the HOLY TRINITY of pharmacists. Period. When all other pharmacies had given up on me, these ladies did everything they could to fiddle with my prescription and prescription card. The issue was really on the manufacturer's part, but they helped me in every way they could anyway. Without these ladies, I would be back in the hospital and without my life-saving medicine (insulin). Thank you, thank you, thank you ladies! I will bring all of my prescriptions to Riverside Kroger's pharmacy from this point forward for the customer service alone.

They have one word 53 ahead of me, it will take an hour. They did not disclose price with and without insurance, tries to collect more. So always ask the price. It may be cheaper without insurance.
