want to recognize the female pharmacist and her technician for their exceptional professionalism, compassion, and integrity during one of the most stressful moments I’ve experienced as a patient. I had less than eight hours to fill a critical prescription needed for a major surgery the following morning (hysterectomy). After a very upsetting experience elsewhere (WalgreensFM1314), I arrived visibly distressed and unsure of what to do. Instead of dismissing me or making me feel worse, they treated me with immediate kindness, patience, and respect. They took the time to truly listen, did not interrupt me, and spoke to me calmly and professionally even though I was crying. I called to update my insurance and get a price of my refill. The lady at the pharmacy said she was too busy to help me. She said I can come in later and update it.

Went to the pharmacy for dads Rx and it was a quick process.

Pharmacist and tech very rude and unprofessional. Tried to drop off my prescription and neither would acknowledge my presence. Went around to the other window facing them directly and still nothing. There wasn't a single customer in front of me that they busy with. I've worked in customer service my whole life and all it takes is a simple acknowledgement to show some courtesy & respect.
