Kroger Pharmacy

I used to love this pharmacy but the pharmacy techs need more training. My mother was having a hip replacement and the surgeon sent her in pain medicine the day before her surgery. My mother tried to pick it up about an hour before they closed to give them plenty of time to fill it that day. However, it wasn’t ready. Okay, fine. I told the pharmacy tech I would pick it up while she was in surgery. I go around 8:15 in the morning and it’s still not ready. So I told her I was willing to wait because she was in surgery and needed it for when she gets out. So I went and parked for twenty minutes and came back. She gives me the medicine and I realize she forgot a prescription. So she tells me to go park again. I was the only person at the pharmacy at this time but since parking I have to now w

My doctor issued me a prescription and these people at Kroger Pharmacy think they can tell you what you can take and what you can't take been going there for 7 years now all the sudden they don't want to give me my medication but I have a prescription for it they were very rude to me on the phone about it too they have no respect go to Walgreens much better place

Great people! Very efficient getting prescriptions ready. The only pharmacy I will ever go to.

They told me give me some minutes and I shopped for 10mins in the store came back they were already closed.
