Kroger Pharmacy

I was released from my hospital stay 2/7 at 12pm they called in scripts I needed for Saturday. 2/8. I called not ready, called again they will be done by 4pm. Showed up at 3:47pm just to see nope not yet. Called at 5:38pm (they close at 6) I was told they were finishing up the last 3? I advised I only have 3. Pharmacy is closed at 6. So the medication I needed to keep me OUT of the hospital is a no go. I would advise to never go there is you depend on a filling to be done at least 32 hours prior

The staff are more caring and thorough than any other pharmacy I have dealt with

They’ve had longer than normal wait times but I still love this pharmacy. Everyone is amazing and helpful and I’m always asked if I have questions or need to speak to the pharmacist. Great customer service all around. Especially Caterina she is always so helpful! Thank you all so much for caring for your patients.

If I could give a negative star I would!! This pharmacy has went from somewhat decent to straight awful!! What I am guessing is the manager pharmacist that first started my new prescription ended up making an entire mess out of all my medications. I am switching to another pharmacy. I got told my medications was ready when I get thier they said I would need to wait another 30 min they wasn't ready so I waited 40 min while doing some shopping come back in to get my prescriptions to be told they can't fill them right now. I was not very pleasant in my reply back and left. I get a message saying they was ready the following day I go to pick them up and once again got told they was not able to be filled. I had it at this point called my doctor's office to switch pharmacies. Mind you I have NEV

Very frustrated with the wait times. This is the third time that I’ve gone there after my prescription was sent in the early morning and it’s not ready by late afternoon. Every time I come I get told 40 more minutes. Feels like they won’t fill your script until after you arrive to pick it up. Very poor service Update: I gave them an entire 24 hours from my told “pick up time” and they still weren’t ready! Unacceptable. They said they are still filling prescriptions from 3 days ago. They have no business handing peoples medications. No respect for other peoples time and need for their medications
