Kroger Pharmacy

My experience has been completely different from these negative reviews. I’ve used this Kroger pharmacy for years and have always had positive experiences with the pharmacists and staff. I started getting my Rx’s here after a horrible experience with Walgreens and their inflated prices.

Pharmacy staff is disrespectful and worst of all judgmental. It’s obvious they are in a toxic environment and lack training on emotional intelligence and basic professionalism. Maybe they are stressed and understaffed but there is zero filter. If you choose this pharmacy be warned, the staff will lash out.

All of the staff are uncaring, rude, and tell lies about when medication will be ready to make you go away. I will never have my prescriptions filled here if I can help it. Management also treates you the same and talks down to you when you are trying to explain your issues with the worst pharmacy staff I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have used in my 50 years as an adult. They NEVER have my prescriptions right. Pharmacist Loh is HORRIBLE! He is RUDE, not helpful AT ALL & NEVER is able to help customers. Kroger needs to CLOSE this pharmacy. It reflects poorly on the Kroger brand.

Good pharmacy. Very good benefits when you sign up for membership.
