Kroger Pharmacy

I go here monthly and some of the ladies are great! What I don't appreciate it going back and forth on prior auths several times a week when insurance has said it is good for the whole year and the problem is actually them not calling their special pharmacy for approval. This is always caught way late and I'll go weeks without my medication. Every. Month.

Attempts to speak with anyone results with hang ups. Multiple calls made and it's impossible to speak with anyone. Will be changing pharmacies. Very bad business. The website doesn't work well either.

Kroger Pharmacy in Hinesville always does a great job for our family. They go the extra mile looking for discounts when possible and answer all questions.

I wanted to take the time to post this review, having worked in a service industry for many years I know that typically on unsatisfied patrons take the time to do it. My experience with the folks at this pharmacy has been nothing but pleasant. Not once have i ever encountered any employee there who was less than absolutely gracious. I pay out of pocket for my prescriptions so sometimes i fill just a few at a time which can get intensely annoying for them especially when they are busy but they always treat me with respect and courtesy as though I were their only customer. Any customer service crew in the country could learn a lesson from these folks.
