Kroger Pharmacy

I went in at 11AM on a Sunday for vaccination and was promptly treated and well taken care of. The Pharmacist resolved an insurance issue with my 2026 insurance, without requiring me to have a prolonged horrible phone conversation with my insurance carrier, also. EzPz. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy.

I am visiting Hilton Head and was getting ready to do my weeklY subcutaneous infusion at our condo when I realized that I had neglected to include my alcohol wipes to clean my injection sites. Off to Krogers we went. I asked the pharmacy employee if they could help me find the alcohol wipes and I told her why I needed them. She excused herself for a quick second and came back with 4 ,individually wrapped, alcohol wipes. She said this is what we use for injections and she said you probably already have plenty of these at home, so there’s no sense in buying more. I was so impressed with her kindness. I didn’t have to buy a box of wipes, which I was prepared to do. I thanked her profusely! She didn’t have to do that for me. But she did. Many thanks!

I have been going to the pharmacy at Kroger in Shelter Cove for over six month now after nightmarishness experiences at CVS. Every encounter is efficient, accurate, and pleasant. I could not expect more from a pharmacy.

I get prescriptions monthly, have been to different pharmacies all over the island. Kroger's pharmacy is by far the best, pharmacist and pharm techs super helpful and nice, quick, and cheap.

Some employees are legitimately kind, but the pharmacy staff can be horrible. I have wasted so many hours of my life either going to pick something up that wasn’t ready or waiting for a prescription to be filled. I had to go to a manager for the first time in my life because the pharmacist, Brenda, was making me wait hours for a prescription that HAS to be taken in the morning and I got there before they opened. She also called my doctor and left him a voicemail that he said was the strangest voicemail he’s ever received from a pharmacist. I switched and highly recommend that anyone else having these issues does the same. Bob is the only reason that I’m giving two stars - he is very kind and takes the time to explain what’s going on without chewing you out.
