Kroger Pharmacy

I have used Kroger Pharmacy approximately 20 years Everyone is always extremely friendly and they are very timely in letting me know when my orders are ready to pick up

I’ve used this pharmacy for years but no more. Doctor sent a 90 day RX and they gave me 30 and deleted the prescription and claimed the doctor cancelled it. Left me without a critical medicine because of their mistake and refused to give a loan. Transferring all my RX today and never going there again!!

I have only had to deal with this pharmacy twice because I use Food City in Kingston mostly. My wife's insurance changed and she can't use Food City now. They said her prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so I fooled around and took time shopping for 30 more minutes. Then I got in line behind one person. They would wait on the cars at the window first then when no cars were at the window, they would wait on the people in the store. There were four people present and working. After about ten more minutes I was waited on and the prescription still wasn't ready. The previous time I used this pharmacy was a couple years ago when I was trying to purchase covid 19 test kits. The team here truly cares about their customers. I appreciate all their help with navigating my insurance, redirecting a prescription that was accidentally sent to Knoxville, and ensuring I was getting the best price.

I’ve used Kroger pharmacy for years and I really do love the staff and location, HOWEVER their hours are HORRIBLE. They close so early and take lunch so it’s difficult if you work to get your medications when you need them.
