Took 2 days to fill my prescription- no exotic meds either, just allergy stuff. Disappointing.

When I first moved to the area I was not thrilled about my insurance pushing me to use the CVS. When it closed I decided to give Kroger a look. It was as if the Pharmacist took individual care of me like a Primary Care doc. She went above and beyond to transition all my needs to the Kroger computer system. As with any company transfer/transition there was speed bumps along the way. Every issue was handled quickly by both Pharmacists I saw there. The techs are typical techs doing what they do as needed. Pharmacists really do CARE! I feel like they almost recognized me after only one visit.

These other reviews are spot on. It seems like these pharmacy techs hate their job and don’t care much to help their clients. I’m sorry I’m bothering you, but it’s kinda your job? I understand it can be stressful as (like me) some medications rule the clients life and their prescriptions are important. So I can imagine they frequently get yelled at. I always keep this in mind when I call or go in so I can be as patient and kind as possible. However I rarely ever receive that from them. The way they talk to me is so disrespectful. I think maybe their staff is experiencing “compassion fatigue” and it should be addressed by management. Honestly, why work in this field if you’re constantly nasty to your clients? Moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy is exhausting and stressful

THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR MEDICATION AND YOU ARE NOT NOTIFIED! I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about 5 years. Over the past few months I have 3 different occasions that I have phoned in a refill and gone to pick it up a few days after it was supposed to be ready, only to find that it has not been filled due to the medication needing to be ordered. These are not exotic medications. I understand that the pharmacy might need to order a medication that they are out of. Not only do I have to do without my medication, I am never notified that the refill will be delayed. They have a computer system that is supposed to text prescription updates but it does not. I have called and tried to get them to send me texts, or notify me some other way, concerning delayed refills. I am assured

I recently received flu vaccine at this pharmacy, which took about 45 minutes to obtain as three customers who arrived after me to pick up prescriptions were attended to by the rep who was registering my data in the Kroger pharmacy computer system and who dropped servicing me and went to attend to these three other customers throughout my vaccine registration time and up to my injection. Please inform Kroger management to improve the efficiency and courtesy of this pharmacy and instruct pharmacy reps to continue working with a given customer, on a first come, first serve basis, until that customer's purpose for being there is completed before attending to the next customer. Thank you.
