Kroger Pharmacy

I would be counting my pills if I were yall. Repeatedly have this issue with this kroger only. Employees who don't know their policies either. Kroger pharmacy, across all NKY locations, is terrible. This one is probably the worst. Zero customer service and these pharmacy techs are where the biggest issues are happening- you don't catch pharmacists making these errors. I will be switching pharmacies. Too many mistakes and they have lost my trust. 100% preventable.

Pharmacist was not helpful at all when I asked what could I do for hormonal acne- he suggested benzoyl peroxide face wash.... This is why men are not helpful for women and should not be our physicians. Face wash does not affect HORMONES and hormonal acne. It was honestly insulting and a waste of time to ask him. (Long cut blonde hair & glasses). Also, salicylic acid washes work better for hormonal acne- please have him re-educate himself on WOMEN'S ISSUES if he's to be the Pharmacist. ---Men are never helpful and give bare minimum solutions, like him suggesting an ordinary face wash as if it would help with hormones. Horrible pharmacist----

The pharmacy staff are amazing! Victoria knows what she is doing and has the biggest heart. She helped me as a transplant patient fix some issues that walgreens caused. Please reward her for putting the customer first and using common sense to resolve issues. God bless her and the young lady who took my order. You have our business from now on. Even tho there are lots of negative reviews for this store, I had a great experience with my prescription. They charges way less than walgreen and the prescription was ready when I picked it up, so it was virtually no waiting time. I will update my review if the service goes bad.

The poor reviews on here are a direct result of “Karen’s” not being serviced exactly how they expected to be. Yes you will wait in line, just like any other pharmacy. Every pharmacy tech I have encountered has given me a positive experience, I have been using this same pharmacy for several, 5+ years. Lindsay is the best I’ve encountered, she deserves a some vacation time and a raise!
