Kroger Pharmacy

Was able to call in and reach someone to help with new insurance on file. They also checked to see if certain discount options would give a better price, and explained the difference between running it through insurance vs discount card.

I can't believe what a terrible pharmacy this is. 4 days to fill a prescription. Forget to fill prescriptions, frequently. Impossible to understand why they are constantly understaffed and causing customers to suffer.

Their drive through is never working. There is always a long line because the other four people pretend that they dont see a line of people waiting. I've literally watched them on their phone instead of helping the next customer. The woman act like they cant be bothered to help, the 1 guy was nice

If I could give a 0-star review I would. My family has been going to this Kroger pharmacy for 10+ years and I was always taken care of and recommended this pharmacy to everyone I knew. Under the management of Gina, I felt safe and respected as an individual covered by ADA. However new management is not friendly to ADA policies or practices. I’ve never been more humiliated in my life than I was by the new manager. He refused my ADA accommodations, despite his staff who knew me telling him that their policy had always been to honor ADA. If you or a loved one falls under ADA, this is not the pharmacy for you.

Don’t waste your time!! Tried to transfer my sons prescription and could not get anyone to help. After talking to the pharmacy on the phone and in person multiple times they blamed the existing pharmacy for the issue. There is no record at our old pharmacy of Kroger reaching out to transfer the script. I finally got someone to process the request and said I would get a text with 24-48 hours. Been days and still no text and our old pharmacy still has not received a transfer request.
