Kroger Pharmacy

I’m not sure why they have the rudest people at the front desk and pharmacy(it’s not all of them, but there have been more than a few occasions). You work at a pharmacy where sick people come every day, you should be able to show empathy or not be condescending- maybe you should get a different job. Also have been lied to about wait times on several occasions as well when you can see that I had two visibly sick children.

I give them 2 stars because a lot of the time they have to order your prescription and you have to wait a day or two. Plus, why would you close the pharmacy for 30 minutes during the day when you serve the public? It is inconvenient and unnecessary.

Dropped off a new script and they said it world be ready in an hour. Two people short on a Monday, their busiest day, it took almost two hours. But it was correct and they smiled. Can't ask for much more than that.

I changed pharmacies back in June of this year after the local WalMart Pharmacy continued to have issues with my profile, losing prescriptions and not being able to fill items that are considered monthly maintenance items such as my insulin with a new prescription. Kroger has been great to work with. I am able to access my online pharmacy profile from their app, view prescription history, refill items and check costs. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful despite being busy at most times. In addition to the convenience of being able to pick up my prescriptions when I am grocery shopping I also receive fuel discount points on each prescription, I fill each month. Even on one of my items which has a $0 copay I receive 50 fuel points helping save money at the gas pump ea
