Kroger Pharmacy

not the first time I've had them close the drive through window for lunch with people in line, very certainly the last. Publix is closer and cheaper. they also don't turn away people who only have their own lunch break to get meds. great job, enjoy your review, maybe plan better? what pharmacy closes for lunch during lunch rush... what a joke.

I recently just switched over to Kroger pharmacy for my medications. When I called the other day to switch, Brad was so kind and helpful! He went out of his way to help me out. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, so I definitely love giving credit where credit is due!

Rich has been my pharmacist for 11 1/2 years. First in John's Creek and then on Freedom Parkway. His talents are being waisted at that awful Kroger you have him at now. BRING HIM BACK TO FREEDOM PARKWAY!!!!!

This place cleaned up CVSs big ol mess. CVS in Canton hwy is so unprofessional,caused me to go into withdrawals and mania due to not getting my medications filled for DAYS. First time I called Kroger ,Carla made SURE to handle things like a real pharmacist,totally understood the dilemma I was in,and went above and beyond her duties to help me. Thank you Carla!!

Have very rarely had issues pertaining to medications not being in stock for myself and for the family, even when other pharmacy's do NOT. Always kind and helpful... Most of all, I APPRECIATE the patience and professionalism.
