Kroger Pharmacy

This pharmacy tells you they will have your medications and when you go to pick them up they are not ready or partially filled or they have to order the medication. We went to Newport Kroger before never had an issue the only reason we came back to Latonia was convience. After the last 3 experiences I will switch back to the Newport pharmacy. Latonia pharmacy you really need help do not tell your customers you have the medication and it will be filled we have experienced so many times of not receiving our medications.

A terrible pharmacy. Medications are rarely ready when they're supposed to be, and staff moves like they have molasses in their veins. Hours are all over the place, I've come in and they've been closed at random times despite what the sign says. Good luck trying to use the drive thru, it's set up so you have to fight traffic to pull in if there is even slightly a line. Not as bad as the one in Covington on Madison, but still truly awful

Someone in the pharmacy didn't bill my insurance on my prescription for some reason. Now because of THEIR mistake I have to go back to the pharmacy to get my refund and call my insurance to make sure that money hits my deductible. Absolutely ridiculous for me to have to do all of this extra leg work because of someone else's stupidity.

The people who work here never can fill my prescriptions at one time, they pick what they want to fill throughout the month. Plus the pharmacist won't fill my antidepressant, I have to argue to get it filled & that usually takes a couple weeks. I'm on Social Security & I only have money at the beginning of the month, but Kroger's doesn't care enough to listen to their customers. Very angry & disappointed

I'm on state insurance because I can't afford to pay for my medicine out of pocket. I was given a 30 day supply. There claiming I got a 90 day supply. They won't refill the medicine I never received and there answer is to purchase it. If it were that simple I wouldn't be on state insurance. Absolutely no empathy.
