Kroger Pharmacy

This is my back up pharmacy, when my locally owned one is closed. Unfortunately, I only find them helpful and expedient when I need a flu shot. They do not regularly check their system for prescriptions sent over by doctors during office visits. I've had to make THREE trips into the store because my insurance wasn't billed (a discount card was), so I was overcharged, and then double charged, then NOT refunded as I should've been. I've had a tech argue with me about what medicines I'm allergic to, delaying filling my prescriptions until a doctor would confirm what I was saying--and then lie about contacting the doctor. It's ridiculous.

Great pharmacy, with nice, and courteous employees. The drive through pickup is always great. Thank you.

I have to use the Kroger Pharmacy for two of my medication‘s because they’re cheaper. I haven’t had an issue with any of the other Kroger pharmacies except for the Clute location where they have been rude, often put me on hold for long periods of time, and my calls have been disconnected more than once. To give an example I had called the pharmacy to asked what medications I had ready and how much they were because I should’ve had two medications. The pharmacist said something about one of them being an entered twice and told me to hold on. I asked him if he could please tell me what the medication was because they adjusted some of my medication‘s causing them to put in the same medication multiple times, but in different doses. He responded with , “I said hold on,” rudely, then proceeded

I only ordered my Thyroid medication and my current blood pressure medication but these imbeciles gave me my current BP meds and my old ones. I didn’t even realize they charged me for the extra unnecessary pills till i was in Houston. Then when my daughter got a terrible rash we went to pick up the prescription cream and they didn’t have it. They didn’t offer to transfer the prescription for pick up at another location that does have it in stock they just wanted us to hold out for 5 days for them to restock. When they FINALLY restocked for whatever reason they didn’t have her insurance on file and made us pay out of pocket. Even further still they messed up by giving us THREE tubes of the same medication and charging us for all three. They said we could get a refund if we brought her insu

Absolutely horrid pharmacy staff. The inconsistency within all of them kills me. Firstly, completely rude and act as if you inconvenience them by doing anything. Secondly, I'm part of a pain management clinic so I get a lot of opiates... they acted like it was their business rudely not in a caring considerate way. I had just moved here so my insurance wasn't totally active yet, but paying cash was fine. My wife and I stood there as the tech went back and forth with the pharmacist saying they didn't have enough meds, once insurance was mentioned suddenly it was in stock, once they realized it wasn't active yet back out of stock. Unreal.... Lastly the classic horror game "We sent your prior authorization to your doctor for then to fill out"... the doctor said they never received it. Turns o
