Kroger Pharmacy

Always professional but they show you how much they care. If anyone has something negative to say it's really about that person's attitude. Sure on occasions there might be a problem with medication shipment due to the control of the Manufacturer. People the Pharmacy has no control over that so get it together and treat them with the respect they show us. Kroger Pharmacy in Clifton Forge Virginia has an excellent staff.

Kroger in Clifton Forge is my local pharmacy of choice. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Unlike some other pharmacies near by Kroger pharmacists and aides are always professional, courteous, and go the extra mile. They are a very busy pharmacy, but I've never seen them "frazzled". Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable, all the things you'd want from a pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Stopped today to pick up prescription arriving at 4:04 pm. Pharmacy was closed. I inquired with a store clerk thinking perhaps pharmacy was closed momentarily since hours stated to be open was 9am to 6pm. Clerk said “We ain’t got no pharmacist”. I had received a text earlier that my prescription was ready. Great service Kroger. So no prescription!

This is the third month in a row I have either called in refills or asked for refills in the store and the aides in pharmacy have failed to get it correct. I'm so tired of asking and asking and the girls don't listen or get my refills correct. The girl I talked to today was trying to get off the phone to quick to even listen to what I said. I really hope the pharmacist can do something about this PLEASE!!!

Every single time I fill a prescription here it takes forever to get it. Can it really be that freaking hard? If the prescription gets called in and I go to pick it up 3 hours later, you can bet it still won't be ready. Get it together people, who has hours and hours to wait!?
